We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our coffee and we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a replacement bag within 10 days of your delivery date.
MERCHANDISE AND BREW GEAR
We want your clothing to fit and your brew gear to function optimally. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 30 days. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging contents. For issues with brew gear occurring after 30 days, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.
ONLINE ORDER ISSUES
Entered the wrong address? We are happy to cover the cost of replacing the product, but ask you to cover the shipping cost of the replacement package. In case you chose the "Free Shipping" option, the shipping cost of the replacement order will be charged at current USPS rates.
MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
- Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.
- For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.
- You will be requested to share a photo of the damaged item & box.
All requests for cancellations, change of address, or any deviation from a regular order must be made within 24 hours of the subscription order(s) going through.
